Service Warranty

  • Repairs come with a limited service warranty, applicable only to the specific part repaired or replaced.

  • Warranty duration varies by repair type and will be communicated at the time of service.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the replacement part only, not accidental damage or misuse.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, pressure damage)

  • Water or moisture exposure after repair

  • Battery performance degradation over time

  • Software issues unrelated to the repair

  • Devices with prior water damage or motherboard-level issues

Refund Policy

  • No refunds are issued for successfully completed repairs.

  • If a replaced part is found defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

  • Diagnostic fees and labor charges are non-refundable.

Unrepairable Devices

If a device is deemed unrepairable after diagnosis:

  • Any diagnostic fee charged remains applicable

  • No refund will be issued for attempted labor unless agreed otherwise

Customer Responsibility

Customers must inspect their device at the time of collection.
Claims raised after leaving the premises may not be honored.
